Elba Italian Style [Italy, Isola d'Elba]

Lets go off restaurant topic for a little bit, afterall it is always the munchies in between that keeps munchasaurus happy :)

Remember, Italians are famous not only with Pizza, Pasta and Risotto, there's also coffees, pastry and ice cream. How can Munchasaurus Pi resist all those yummy munchies while I was there...

Most bakery in Elba is called PanElba; Ciambella (Italian Doughnut) can found in most of them but they do sell out earlier and quick, and it's understandably why - they are just too munchaholical and only a mere 1 euro each.
You can guess how big it is from the photo, the pastry is very airy, therefore is not rich compared to normal american doughnuts.
The biggest cappuccino in my life. I must say, I haven't tried a single bad coffee in any cafe I'd been to - all very smooth. Not only the chocolate pastry has chocolate chip all around the pastry, there's a slap of chocolate in the middle too, be sure to get a sugar rush after. A cappuccino and a chocolate pastry when I wake up, that's what munchasaurus loves about the italian mornings ;)
Lastly but not the least, munchasaurus will not forget about Gelato (Italian Ice Cream).
Not only typically you will go for 2-3 options as basic, in most Gelato shop you get all sorts of flavours from melon, nutella to pistachio - you just have to name it. Most of flavour tastes fantastic, Munchasaurus particular loves coffee, lemon and strawberries.
